Space Wolves – 2000 Point List

So in preparation for BIGCON next year, I’m also looking at how to expand my 1500 points to 2000. This is what I’m thinking.

First off, the 1500 list looks like this:

Rune Priest – JotWW, Living Lightning

Rune Priest – Murderous Hurricane, Living Lightning

3 Wolf Guard – 3 Combi-melta, 3 Power Fists

8 Grey Hunters – Mark of the Wulfen, Meltagun, Wolf Standard, Rhino

8 Grey Hunters – Mark of the Wulfen, Meltagun, Wolf Standard, Rhino

5 Grey Hunters – Razorback (LasCannon & TL-Plasmagun)

4 Thunderwolves – Thunderhammer, Storm Shield, Meltabomb

5 Long Fangs – 4 Missile Launchers, Razorback (LasCannon & TL-Plasmagun)

5 Long Fangs – 4 Missile Launchers, Razorback (LasCannon & TL-Plasmagun)

1499

For 2000 I would add:

2 Wolf Guard – 1 Combi-melta & Frost Sword, 1 TDA /w Cyclone Missile Launcher

8 Grey Hunters – Mark of the Wulfen, Meltagun, Wolf Standard, Power Fist, Rhino

I would also add a Power Fist to each of the 8 man Grey Hunter squads above

1 Thunderwolf – Bolter

5 Scouts – Meltagun

As for the wolf guard – the power fists join the 8 man Grey Hunter squads while the frost sword joins the scouts (for a second melta shot). The TDA /w cyclone missiles joins one of the long fang squads.

So, just for simplicity sake, a 2000 point list would look like this;
